If something breaks, start here.

1. Clone request fails

Check that your audio is clear, contains one speaker, and is long enough to capture a stable voice profile.

2. Upload finishes but processing does not continue

Retry on a stable connection and confirm the selected file is a supported audio format with readable metadata.

3. Generated speech sounds off

Review punctuation, spacing, unusual abbreviations, and source text formatting before generating again.

4. App feels stuck or outdated

Close and reopen the app, refresh your session if available, and make sure you are on the latest build.

5. Still blocked

Use the Contact page with a short issue summary, affected feature, and any visible error text.
